Is there a free trial period for Classavatar Pro?
Currently, we do not offer a free trial period.
If I downgrade, will I keep my class data?
If you upgrade from the Pro version to the Standard version, here's what will happen:
• If you have more than 5 class rules, only the last 5 will remain active, but the others will be kept in your rule library.
• You will lose access to messages older than two weeks.
• You will lose access to Pro features, but your posts and messages created with Pro will remain visible.
Do you offer discounts for schools or group subscriptions?
Yes! We offer special rates for schools and bulk purchases. Contact us to find out more; we'd be happy to help.
Do my students need a Pro account if I upgrade to Pro?
No, your Pro subscription is only for you. Parents can choose to activate their own Classavatar Pro subscription, which includes a different set of features.
Do parents have to pay for Pro, or is it included in the teacher's subscription?
Parents have their own Classavatar Pro subscription, separate from that of teachers, with exclusive benefits.
Can I track my child's progress in the Standard and Pro versions?
Yes! All of Classavatar's basic features are available in both versions, including:
• Messaging with teachers
• Tracking your child's points and rewards
• Access to class details and the news feed
Can I manage multiple children with a single Pro account?
Yes! Your Classavatar Pro subscription applies to all children linked to your account.
What is the difference between Classavatar Standard and Classavatar Pro?
Classavatar Pro is a premium version of Classavatar that offers additional tools to improve the efficiency and usability of your use.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe to process payments and most credit cards are accepted. See the list of supported payment methods here.
Can I send and receive messages with both versions?
Yes! However, the difference is this:
• Classavatar Pro keeps your entire message history.
• Classavatar Standard only keeps messages from the last two weeks.
How does avatar customization differ between Standard and Pro?
With Classavatar Pro , teachers and parents can:
• Create their own avatar, visible to everyone in their class.
• Modify student/child avatars and save an unlimited number of changes.
• Upload their own avatar as well as those of their students/children.
With Classavatar Standard , teachers and parents:
• Have an automatically generated avatar using one of our default monkey models.
• They can modify student/child avatars but can only save one modification per month.
Are you adding any new features?
Absolutely! We have some big updates in the works, including a comprehensive analytics dashboard and gamification features for the avatar creator.
