Acceptance of Terms

By using the Classavatar platforms and services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.

Classavatar may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. In the event of significant updates, Classavatar will notify affected users — including schools, teachers, advisors, and parents — by email or through a notice displayed within the platform before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent update will always appear at the bottom of this page.
By continuing to use our services after such notice, you agree to the revised Terms.

Access to Platforms and Services

Classavatar is committed to providing reliable and secure platforms and services, available during designated operating hours. Classavatar reserves the right to suspend, remove, or modify access to its services or features without prior notice. In the event of an interruption or removal, Classavatar cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss claimed by the user.

Accessing Classavatar’s platforms and services for illegitimate purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The fraudulent use of another person’s credentials or passwords;

• Any phishing attempt to obtain login information without authorization;

• Unauthorized access to third-party accounts, which may result in severe sanctions, including a permanent ban from Classavatar’s services.

Use of Platforms and Services

Users must comply at all times with the Terms of Use of Classavatar’s platforms and services. In addition, they are required to respect any specific rules applicable to each platform or service used.

Prohibited Conduct

When using Classavatar’s services and platforms, you agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access the services in an unauthorized manner, including through hacking, spamming, or the spread of viruses;

• Engage in behavior contrary to these Terms of Use;

• Promote or participate in illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate activities;

• Attempt to commercially exploit Classavatar’s services or features without authorization;

• Attempt to obtain other users’ personal information without their consent;

• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of Classavatar’s services by any means;

• Violate any applicable national or international law.

User Rights

Users are authorized to access the Classavatar platforms and use the services in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any violation of these Terms may result in sanctions, including suspension or permanent denial of access to Classavatar’s services.
Furthermore, any breach of applicable laws within the province of Quebec may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Classavatar owns all intellectual property rights related to products under the Classavatar brand, including the domain name classavatar.app and its subdomains.

The term “Products” includes, but is not limited to, digital platforms, text, images, videos, sounds, music, photographs, illustrations, slogans, software, source code, and promotional materials.

Users are permitted to use these products for personal purposes only.
Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any of these products without prior written consent from Classavatar is strictly prohibited.

Any prohibited behavior may result in sanctions, including a permanent ban from the services, and could lead to civil or criminal legal action.
